Costa Rica Estate: An extraordinary example of a Strictly Hard Bean Tres Rios coffee, Panache's Costa Rica Estate is produced on one of the finest estates in this Central American country. The coffee is sun-dried, hand-sorted and exhibits a snappy, yet smooth flavor. Its full body and lively aroma are captivating. Java Estate: Hailing from one of the original Dutch coffee estates (Blawan, Jampit, Kijumas, Pancur, and Kalisat), Panache's Jave Estate is from coffee trees that are older and well maintained. Piquant aroma, low acid and a medium body with chocolate-like undertones are exhibied in this coffee. True estate Javas are rare and difficult to obtain. New Guinea 'A' Estate: Flavor characteristics of both the Colombian and Java coffees are evident in this New Guinea Estate. Medium-bodied, with a slightly perfumed aroma, the New Guinea beans are produced between 3,000 and 6,000 feet in altitude. The 'A' grade is the highest New Guinea ranking for coffee.
