Ethiopian Mocha Harrar: Native farmers grow Panache's Ethiopian Mocha Harrar in the forested southern slopes of the Ahmar Mountains. Noted for its winey and delicate fruity flavor, this light-bodied Harrar is bright and brews up in a subtle peach notes. Ethiopian Mocha Yrgacheffe: This light-bodied coffee from the Sidamo region of southeastern Ethiopia, where the Great Rift Valley splits Africa North to South, is considered the finest coffee the country produces. A pronouced winey flavor is this coffee's trademark. Kenya AA: Produced on the slopes of Mt. Kenya, between 4,000 and 6,000 feet in altitude, this coffee has a pronounced winey taste , medium body and a snappy bite. One of the most beloved coffees in the world, Kenya AA offers beautifully large and uniform beans. Tanzanian Peaberry: "Good things come in small packages" could be this coffee's motto. Grown near the northern border of Tanzania, on the southern flanks of Mount Kilimanjaro, Peaberry beans are the result of one round seed, rather than two flat seeds, forming a small round bean in the heart of the coffee berry. These beans pack a pleasant flavor, full of body and vibrancy. When compared to other African coffees, Tanzanian Peaberry is milder than the Kenyas, but its lively, bright flavor is noteworthy. Zimbabwe AA: The AA grading denotes that this is finest quality coffee the country exports. Zesty Zimbabwe exhibits bright acidity and rich flavor. It is produced at approximately 6,500 feet above sea level near the Mozambique border.
