The aluminum core is fused between an 18/10 stainless layer for the interior and top quality, extra thick copper layer for the exterior. SCANPAN FUSION CS5 is suitable for all energy sources, EXCEPT induction ranges. The mirror polished copper exterior adds to the beauty and appearance of this cookware, and further assists with rapid heat distribution.

Only the finest German stainless steel is used for the interior of SCANPAN FUSION CS5. All surfaces are polished to a mirror finish. Inside capacity markings help with quick and easy measurements of recipe ingredients. SCANPAN FUSION CS5 will not react with food.

SCANPAN FUSION CS5 features solid-cast, comfortable stainless handles, which stay cooler longer. The handles are securely and permanently attached to the pan body, using heavy-duty, stainless non-corrosive rivets.

To maintain the luster and brilliance of SCANPAN FUSION CS5, we recommend SCANPAN Copper Cleaner/Polish for the outside and SCANPAN Stainless Cleaner/Polish for the inside. SCANPAN FUSION CS5 needs to be cleaned with warm soapy water and dried immediately to prevent spotting and other discolorations.
