- The backs of all San Moritz blades are smoothly polished for comfort and safety.
- Chef's knife blades are cambered to provide fatigue-free rocking action
- The thick extension on the forged bolster is removed and polished to allow easy resharpening.
- The polyoxymethelene (POM) handle is the strongest available. It will not crack or warp.
