All Xanadu decaffeinated teas are naturally decaffeinated by either the Supercritical Carbon Dioxide or Ethyl Acetate method. Both compounds are completely natural, and do a remarkable job of dissolving and removing caffeine from the leaves, without sacrificing excessive amounts of flavor.
