To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address, shipping address and credit card information. We use this information solely to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. In general, we will try to contact you first by email and only if that fails, or if time is critical, will we try to contact you by phone. We share this information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. We use Shopsite ecommerce software to operate our site and collect order information from you. This software is running under license to us on servers provided by Comcation Internet. Only we have access to information provided by you through their secure server. The Shopsite system does store a Cookie containing your name and address information so that your browser will remember this information if you become disconnected from the Internet or if you should come back to our site for future purchases. You may disable this function by setting your browser to not accept cookies.
If you entered our site by clicking a link on one of our affiliate web sites, we store the ID of the affiliate. We do this to ensure the affiliate receives proper credit for any subsequent order you might place. Your personally identifiable information will not be shared with any affiliates.
Aside from the previously mentioned third parties involved in the processing of your order, we do not share your personally identifiable information with any other entities.
We utilize industry standard SSL encryption when accepting your credit card information during our online checkout process. In addition, we utilize the same encryption standard when transferring your credit card data to our internal fulfillment system.
