Messermeister Carving Knife - Granton 8"

This 8" Carving Knife, with alternating kullenschliffs, has a narrow spear point fine edge blade and is a useful tool for small to medium carving chores. For large roasts take a look at our 10" version. The alternating kullenschliffs (a.k.a. kullens, hollows or grantons) on each side of the knife reduce drag and prevent items from sticking to the blade.
